| Julia Briggs was born in Boston but spent her childhood in Texas. She moved to New York to attend Parsons School of Design. Soon after she graduated she began her painting career. Her paintings hang in many private collections in England, Belgium, Morocco, Spain, Sweden, Germany, France and the US. She currently lives in Dallas with her daughter. |
